As a child, I followed my father, who was for many years, the cellarman in a large winery in Montalcino. Then, at the age of fourteen, I started working. So, I began my farming experience in the vineyard, learning about the vines and growing cycle.
I learned to treat them, to prune them, to do grafts.
I believe in Brunello di Montalcino and I believe in the unique characteristics the Sangiovese can express in this territory.
Our wines have to be the pure expression of the territory they were born.
